Jocelyn Walker Dobbins developed her interest in makeup and skincare at a very young age, as she admired her mother Effie apply makeup each morning and for social events. Jocelyn’s fascination with her mother’s routine inspired her to seek an outlet for her creativity through formal education and training to become a Makeup Artist and Esthetician.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Jocelyn spread her wings to attend North Carolina Central University where she graduated with her BS in Computer Science. During her journey through the corporate world, she graduated summa cum laude from Miller Motte College in Esthetics and became a licensed Esthetician.  Throughout her two decades of formal experience in makeup artistry and skincare, she perfected her skill of eyebrow waxing at Serenity Day Spa and advanced her brand and makeup knowledge at Sephora. Her work has been featured in advertising print publications, fashion shows and television productions, including the CW22’s show “The Great Mentor“. Providing beauty services to her clients, whether in television, photoshoots, weddings, proms, special events, or just some needed pampering; makeup artistry and skincare is a true passion for Jocelyn. In addition to making clients feel extraordinary by enhancing their beauty with her artistry, Jocelyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
